Purchased a "Hair" set from a vendor. I was having problems with it rendering. This was Friday night. Not sure of the time, between 5 - 8 Friday night. When I shut down and reentered SL, I could not locate the hair set. I still do not have it in my inventory.

This is a internal (In LL Servers) Packet Loss issue i assume - i lost my latest project, the Smiley Comm this way. Re-writing about 10-20 scripts is ANNOYING. Now instead of Drop in HUD, i just Detach and Rez it.

While I sympathize with possible lost inventory issues, make sure it really is a lost inventory issue, and attempt to provide steps to reproduce the outcome.

Before deciding if inventory is truly lost, clear your viewer cache, then log into an empty sim, and wait for your inventory to load completely
