when trying to rez or wear a couple inventory items i get a blue window that pops up on the lower right hand corner of the screen which states: "Unable to create requested object. Object is missing from database"

I've tried clearing the 'wait an hour, clear cache' fix a few times with no result

I appear to be missing inventory that I know should be there. What do I do?
