I rezzed my huddle full of dance animations on the ground.. picked it back up and wore it... then it was having issues so I detached it into my inventory.. couldn't get it to reattach.. so I relogged and when I returned the item is gone from my inventory completely. Please help

I appear to be missing inventory that I know should be there. What do I do?
If you are a basic member:
Choose the "Submit a Ticket" option
At the bottom of "Tickets for Basic and Guest Accounts", click the "Click here to submit a ticket" link
Use a ticket type of "Special Questions - Basic account or Guest Login" / "There was an item in my inventory window, but it isn't working or is missing"
If you are a premium member, you should have more options on the support page, including
Submit a ticket ("Technical Issue" / "I've logged in, but there is a problem" / "Inventory")
