Since re-installing 2 days ago after a 6 month break from SL, I can no longer access anything through the PPRS system in SL, it is telling me my avatar profile is not available via the SL Web Search. If it persists for more than 48 hours to contact Linden Lab. Well it is still not letting me access anything so I cannot collect on my rewards.

Your profile will only show up in Web search if you have Show in search checked on your profile, this can take up to 48 hours to appear after updating your profile.

Link to where you'd expect her profile page to be: http://world.secondlife.com/resident/971fc76e-4fb6-4e98-b873-634da95d94a4

It does say "specified key does not exist" instead of "this resident has chosen to hide their profile in search"

Given that her profile page is now there, perhaps this was fixed?
