Items not delivered after buying: customers pay for an item but don't receive it.

I bought a couple of statues from a vendor but never got the objects. I contacted the objects creators and they tried sending me the packages again. For some reason my account isnt letting these packages get to my inventory, we have tried various ways to get around it and sending individual objects works but not the packages which is odd... If you guys could look ionto it and find out what the hell is going on I'd be very greatful.
