 Description  « Hide
When I click on items in my inventory I get messages that say the item cannot be created because it does not exist in the database. When I contact customer support I am told to clear cache and re-log - which I have tried multiple times. That does not fix the issue. Then I am told to contact the vendors for new items - which still does not solve the problem since the item is still missing and creators, IMHO, do not like being contacted for this issue. This is not their problem - this is a problem with Linden Labs' systems.

There have been multiple JIRAs in the past on this issue that say resolved - contact customer support - however this issue is NOT resolved and I am extremely frustrated that this issue is being ignored by Linden Labs. This should be one of LL's highest priorities.
