Items not delivered after buying: customers pay for an item but don't receive it.

at B&B Aquarium on 1/15/09 I purchased 19 fish. 10 trout 4 salmon 5 perch.. only 2 trout managed to be delivered. I contacted Buns Liberty who said I needed to send this report. Before delivery of any of the fish SL crashed. When I came back I got two delivered but that is all.
