You have banned two consenting adults for acting out a fantasy. That fantasy may be offensive to some, but it is legal in the US. If all fantasy behavior that depicts an act that is illegal in real life is subject to banning, the TOS should reflect this, and you should begin banning the following: Simulated bestiality (i.e. furries) Homosexual behavior (a capital offense in many countries) War Games, and other violent behavior Please clarify the TOS to state that these are banned as per your apparent new policy to ban simulated illegal activities. I also suggest you modify the slogan for Second Life. Perhaps "Our World, Our Whims" would be more appropriate.
