Prior to installing 1.25.1 server code, objects that sent offline IM's had "<object> is owned by <owner>" Since the install of 1.25.1 server code, the offline IM's in email state "<object> is owned by" without stating owner name. Even after Linden reversion back to server code 1.24.9.whatever, objects continue to not state owner from those regions that had 1.25.1 installed and removed. Other regions unaffected by the pilot rollout and rollback of server code 1.25.1 continue to provide object owner.

From Second Life Server 1.24.9.98659, I receive the following:

The object 'Object' has sent you a message from Second Life:
TEST IM

= Object is owned by
= http://slurl.com/secondlife/Ciel/123/129/999

This is duplicating the issues in SVC-3441
