About 4 days ago a friend of mine he started showing offline. He told me that there is a tick in the on/offline box by my name. Have removed/added our names 4 times and it hasn't fixed the problem. As soon as he is added I get the message in the lower right corner saying he's online. As soon as that is gone I get the message saying he's offline. He's the only one on my list that is doing this.

This is what I get after readding him:
[4:38] Fuqingreuvin Sungsoo is Online
[4:38] Fuqingreuvin Sungsoo is Offline

Makes no sense to me.

Those of you still seeing this, would you please post with:

1) your OS,
2) what brand and model DSL modem/cablemodem modem you're using,
3) which ISP (internet provider) you use,
4) what viewer version you're using [Help > About Second Life]
5) how frequently this happens (every time, frequently, occasionally, just once)

If you aren't comfortable posting this publicly, please write a brief note to support asking them to attach the information to this JIRA.

Getting some aggregate data would really help diagnose this, since we can't see the problem from the server end.

Please use the latest Viewer 1.21.6 http://secondlife.com/support/downloads.php and check you have the latest update for Windows XP OS & graphics drivers by either going to your manufacturer's site or by checking here
