Robertzz, this is related to issues SVC-85 Friends list inworld intermittently doesn't show online friends/Not Updating & VWR-1241 IM's not going to people who are ONLINE.

Those of you still seeing this, would you please post with:

1) your OS,
2) what brand and model DSL modem/cablemodem modem you're using,
3) which ISP (internet provider) you use,
4) what viewer version you're using,
5) how frequently this happens (every time, frequently, occasionally, just once)

If you aren't comfortable posting this publicly, please write a brief note to support asking them to attach the information to this JIRA.

Getting some aggregate data would really help diagnose this, since we can't see the problem from the server end.
