I'm not sure how I can force it to happen. Right now I'm not showing as online to Ariella Ragu and she isn't showing as online to me. My Alt Raith Parx is online, she can see him being online but she doesn't show up on Raiths friends list either.
When she unchecked the 'show as offline' I had the message that she was offline, then when she re-checked it she did appear online.
I hope that makes sense.

Stone, please post a Ticket with Support for account-specific help http://secondlife.com/support/
This will help Support to identify if there is an issue with a particular region you are in.

Please comment on

your full computer environment and which viewer version you're using Help > About Second Life

what brand and model DSL modem/cablemodem modem you're using

which ISP (internet provider) you use

how frequently this happens (every time, frequently, occasionally, just once)

Can you please provide us with your full computer environment by going to Help/About Second Life and copying/pasting the information here. This will allow us to better understand your issue. Also, please try updating to the latest Release Candidate 1.20.5.

Does this happen every time, in any sim or are the specific places and times this happens?
