Hello, I am new to Second Life and I am having a problem, I just purchased a skin entitled : "Alice Skin - Nude" from Platinum World for 1,200L. I did not receive this item into my inventory. But the money has been deducted from my account. Are there any steps I could take at this point to resolve this? Thank you very much for your time and assistance.
