Since the upgrade to 1.15.02 yesterday (and consequent server changes) group member's names do not appear, or appear sporadically, on the tabs in group information. Small groups look fine, but my 900-member group, Fashion Consolidated, shows approx 1 in 10 of member's names since the upgrades.

This may seem inconvenient only, but it's an absolute group killer for groups such as mine that regularly need to change users' roles. I need to do this several times a day to assign designers notice-sending rights. I can't now do this with asking them to leave (I can't eject them as I can't see them in the listing), asking them to confirm, inviting etc.

Please please look at this ASAP.

Honey, can you please invite me into Fashion Consolidated? On large groups like "Bad Girls Inc. Vip" (4612 members) I see member names blank for moments... and then they load. So how long were you waiting?

To dupe my IM to you Torley - you're invited (it's actually open). Sometimes member names are fine, other times I've seen them not appear having retried over 5 mins.

@Honey: Thanks, I'm glad I could check this inworld with you – at least we know more about them showing up eventually. Next time they don't show up for several minutes, please post the time (PDT) and region you're in here.

Likely fixed as part of backbone improvements we deployed last week, but if it shows up again and you're able to reliably repro it, feel free to reopen.

This was hardly a problem for me until 1.16.0(6). Refresh of groups does not complete at all sometimes.

There was a rolling restart on 2007-05-25 that should've fixed this:

Re-closing this; BTW, we're aware that some were experiencing this problem about 10 hours ago, but it was transient. Not sure what caused it, and it went away once more. If this happens again and persists more than a couple of days, please add further info.
