It has only happened so far on 2 objects (one attacment, other HUD) that I made that work with each other. The object will appear to be worn where i can use whatever features it has. Accept the object will not show up in my inventory, even if i search for "(worn" it still does not show up. If i detach it, the object is completely gone from my inventory and I have a make new one. It only happens to the objects worn by me and only so far those 2 things. The attachment I was unable to select since it was worn inside the body of my av so I was never able to select it only detach it by selecting to attach everything in a folder which seems to detach everything else on my av. I didn't notice the HUD was missing until i detached it and realized that maybe it had the same problem, and of course it did. Not sure why at all this is happening, neither of the objects show up in my inventory at all, or least with the same name. Not in my Lost and Found folder, Trash folder, or Objects folder which is where they both were originally at. They seem to just completey dissapear once detached.
