On Land I'm renting I can't rez anything "because you are not allowed on the parcel" after server update to 1.22.2

10:14] Can't rez object 'Wyvernclaw Panel' at { 198.395, 13.5098, 116.518 } on parcel 'Ravens Hollow' in region Slyme because you are not allowed on the parcel.
it is my land it lets me edit the land settings but i cant do stuff on it, when i loged out last night then came back in it let me but now today it has started this again, i cant build or work if this keeps up this needs to get fixed all i am trying to do is open or rez objesct i have rexed a hundred times before on my land an never had a problem till yesterday, an when i loged out an back was fine till i loged out an back in this morning then the pr oblem was back
