On Land I'm renting I can't rez anything "because you are not allowed on the parcel" after server update to 1.22.2

get this message on my land did not get ever before dont know why getting it now is making it hard to rez items or build or do anything i need to do
18:43] Can't rez object 'Iron Cage' at { 205.519, 7.131, 121.655 } on parcel 'Ravens Hollow' in region Slyme because you are not allowed on the parcel. it is my land an i dont understand this message if im not allowed on it then how can i be standing there please fix this
