Moving the infohub would indeed remove a particular resident's need for visual griefing and verbal harassment.
From http://forums.secondlife.com/showpost.php?p=1985163&postcount=124 This person is obviously very distraught over having an infohub in her sim, so I think the best thing we could do to insure her continued happiness is to seek an alternate location for it. Its linden land not yours
Changed title to make this look like the general issue that it is.
Unvoting because it no longer applies to just Bear, which is the only sim that seems to be having this problem on a regular basis.
I believe this is not a general issue, and should only apply to Bear. Other sims with resident-owned land have welcomed InfoHubs, such as Isabel, but the current situation in Bear is hurting new user retention. That specific Bear InfoHub should be moved into another sim with resident-owned land, as with the many other successful InfoHubs.

The info hubs or whatever means used by the Lindens to create welcome areas for new residents, should be placed on Linden owned sims with no other land owners.
