I've already set the graphics to low, it did not change the problem. It realls IS faster in low option, however, no change in other people's appearances. They are still like changing stripes.
This happens with only the other people's appereances. I do not have problems with the graphics of places, etc. Isn't there a possible way for me to use a version of simpler graphics, less detail?
I have contacted my techic service and they keep telling me to buy a new laptop. In this case, i might not be using sl as I used to be.. sadly. This is what appears to me on my screen.

You can also trying running with graphics set to Low.
