Attach To... from inventory ignores selected postion and attaches to stored location.

I have been building as uaual and went to place the object as an attachment, several time, logged in and out cleared catche and cookies, but the object seems to auto default attach to the right hand.... Sent object to friend in world and asked for them to do the same and try to attach it to pelvis, but it attached to right hand. ! This is a huge issue due to it effects all building and creations!
